Re: Today's Games
Good Lord! Watching the Burnley v. Sunderland game and seeing Trafford’s two penalty saves. Quite astonishing that he has more in one game than Meslier has in his entire career with Leeds (I think that’s right).

Re: Today's Games
Well, the Referee tried to put is foot on the scale. Fortunately, Sunderland still couldn't take all 3 points. A boring draw was about what this match deserved.
Burnley go level on points with us. But we have an opportunity tomorrow to extend our lead.

Today's Games
Ref did everything he could to let Sunderland win
Re: Today's Games
Indeed, it was, it wouldn't have been if Meslier was Burnley's keeper.

Re: Today's Games
The ref was clueless!
Apart from the penalties he wrongly awarded, he had booked Ballard, two minutes later the Sunderland defender clattered a Burnley player & the idiot turned a blind eye on what was a second bookable offence.

Re: Today's Games
Obviously Trafford is a good keeper but he's an arrogant barsteward...I would love us to put 3 on 4 past him on 27th January.....but we won't!

Re: Today's Games
Excellent result for LUFC.
Re: Today's Games
As DF will tell you what matters most isn't those saves he made James Trafford.
It's how accurate he can pass it to the cbs 10 yards away and how good he is at fake throwing the ball for 10 seconds and slowing attacks down
69% pass accuracy tonight.
Well below Mes and his 77% !!!!

Missing 2 pens tonight may well affect Isidor for a while, it'll be interesting to see.
