A few more 0-0 draws and they'll be completely out of it.
Sunderland 10 behind us which is a big if not unsurmountable hill to climb. Every game needs to be won. Keep the same levels everyone fit and we're in a good position right now.

Gives us some breathing space for the Blunts away now, might make it a little less nerve wrecking for the players which is always good.

Said before we need to be about 10 clear by the run in to have a chance, hopefully they will keep drawing 0-0 while we knick a few wins

We do usually sing from the same hymn sheet regarding Leeds, Orange. 😁

Big win

Yaaay

Probably bit harsh on Sunderland whose game plan worked for ages.

Subs were weird but worked perfectly in the end!!!! Well done Herr Farke for a bizarre but successful sub.

Piroe was brilliant :)

Huge win.
Piroe was very good tonight, particularly second half

Everyone can beat anyone in the champ.... Focused until its mathematically impossible not to win it or at least go up.

But yeah that wouldn't be a bad start
Yep, I'm with you. The last 5 to 8 games are so damn sphincter tightening, you just can't relax until the second week of May.

He's a mid table championship player. I wouldn't pay 8 mill was it? for him in the prem.

I think we dominated the game but Sunderland were out to spoil, they run out of steam and the changes Farke made the difference.

There we go, even Pascal said we were putting in quality set peices in the first half.

It was very similar to the Burnley game, but Rothwell was on the bench that day. Who knows we may have won that instead of losing.

Love that series, easily the best version of the books. Santiago Cabrera a Chilean actor steals it as Aramis though

BBC:

Leeds on pace for 100 points?

That late, late winner for Leeds leaves them on 72 points after 33 games - a ratio of 2.18 points per game.

Keep up that same pace between now and the end of the season and the Whites would finish with exactly… 100 points.

DDB220 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2025 10:17 pm To be honest Tanaka’s yellow, which took an element of tenacity away from his game probably forced that change of moving Amps into the middle. I always prefer Striujk in the team as he is our only real threat at getting on the end of a set piece.

Rothwell injected pace into our play. Still prefer tanaka and amps as the ideal midfield pair. Problem is who takes the set pieces in the absence of both Rothwell and Gruev. Farke is doing a good job with his rotation. It is a squad game and this is why this team is far better than last season as we have so many options to change it up in terms of lineup and subs.
I think we agree it will be Strujik, Rodon AND Ampadu for the next game. A few questions over who takes the other midfield role. My money's on Tanaka.
