It was mooted a few years ago, Swanny, Rangers and Celtic in the PL. if it had happened, with the subsequent financial input, we’d have had 8 mega clubs, instead of the current 6. The fan base in Glasgow is every bit as hungry as Manchester and Merseyside and twice as volatile.

The fan bases is great and they qualify each year for Europe because no one else is any good in their league BUT their financials are so poor.

It is only total ignorance that would call for something idiotic like this.

The 49ers are the most competent owners Leeds have had in decades. Marathe knows the business of sport extremely well. But it will take him a good few years to sort out the mismanagement that goes back to Bates, the 'corn king', our Itialian friends, etc. - all of whom compounded on previous incompetence.

Its funny... there is a segment of Leeds fans who just have to find something negative to blab about. If there's nothing real, they'll fabricate something.

Those numpties Adam Underwood, Robbie Evans, and Marathe just need guillotined in the centre circle at half time during the next home match.
