White Riot wrote: ↑Fri Aug 29, 2025 4:33 am Thing is Bally, that Farke was not gonna give him a chance. So, it makes sense to loan him out, or sell him, cos while Farke is still our coach Largie ain't getting a look in.

So, keeping him here would just piss him off, as he'll be sitting watching Jack Harrison run into cul de sacs and roll his eyes to the sky.

As Farke said "As a winger, Jack has great defensive qualities". I thought the key attributes of a winger were to get up the pitch, dribble, beat players, get your head up and put good quality crosses in, bring others into play, and score goals.

How many defensive minded players do you want in your team? If a goalie, four defenders and three defensive midfielders isn't sufficient then you shouldn't be scratching your head if you're not scoring goals.
That's right, in modern day football these days it's not just 1 good thing you have to have about you.
You might say the more multi-facetted you are the better, that includes running around a lot, more than alot even, something similar to having 11 midfielders on the pitch  I trust the reasons Farke doesn't feel he's ready, he's been correct on everything else up to now, all the previous duffers like Rasmus, Wober etc, let's hope he's not finished and he comes back a better player, the Spanish league could be quite perfect for his qualities, you get more time on the ball there.

not good enough in the championship so not good enough in this league. he cost £10M and why pay so much for a player with potential rather than ready Now
Leeds need to bring in a midfielder who can score goals and a decent number 9 in Jan 2027.

Solomon was a class above him in the championship, so Ramazani's appearances were limited, we also had James & Gnonto in great form.

This season we have Okafor & Harrison (170 PL appearances) back on our books.

I don't think Leeds have written off Ramazani, sending him out on loan to Valencia, hoping he shows his true potential in La Liga. Also, LUFC protecting their initial investment in Largie.

I wouldn't be surprised if Soloman returns to ER before the transfer window shuts.

You won’t get long odds on that one mate, highly likely.

Rama on the bench for Valencia tonight at home to Getafe. 1-0 ahead at HT. Wonder if they will give him a run second half.

Given how this week has gone entirely expected he'd get a goal or an assist in short order.

Happy for Largie, but yeah, the owners, recruitment team, and DF didn't need this right now

Well done Largie :ok:

Meanwhile we've got Harrison and Aaronson to count on, the free kick whisperers :)

You couldn't make it up

Anyone missing Largie Ranazani yet? I’ve missed him since I heard he was on the loan list. Would we have been doing better had we had him from the start?

I really don’t care what happened between him and Farke: LR is the type of player who could have been real good for us this season (IMO). Thoughts?

Good player but would he, could he have made any difference to us now, far too hard to say. He could have been poor just as some of our players have been lately.
Doesnt matter what he did in the past, its the now that matters, he isnt with us now so we move on.
