We have seen so many times, one minute a football manager is riding high and next minute he is tumbling down the ranks of has beens. Who is a great manager in your opinion????
Lets have your Manager on the Up on One thats on the way down and needs to build up credibility.

Manager Up - Xavier Hernández Creus, stock really high and top clubs are waiting for him to get back in the managerial market
Manager Down - Ange Postecoglou - Very low value after highs of Spotlight Celtic to the lows of Spurs and Forest...
