Ticket Touts Problem
Was reading an article about a premier league club where 15% of the ticket membership allocated is actually touts. Its a huge business but there doesn't seem to be a way of stopping them. Whats the answer? Photo membership maybe? Does Leeds have the same problem with touts??? Any comments or suggestions?

Not just football either, same for concerts too. Touts have systems which automatically scrape ticket sites and snap up tickets as soon as they are released.

Except football is excluded from the new laws. I assume because the new regulator will be responsible.
