The Hill will not be at the Festival and aimed at a flat campaign instead. Very wise Nicky H 👍🏼
However 14/1 for the RA Gold Cup is a bit short.

A wise move from Nicky & his owners.

And Henderson has The Hill running tonight.
Going to be scant compensation tbh.
He will try for pattern company after this and be put away for the summer as ground conditions turn against him 🧐
So how will he become a top flat horse???

RIP Sir Gino

Henderson wrote: "We have very sadly lost the battle to overcome Sir Gino’s ailment and he has had to be put to sleep at the veterinary hospital this morning.

"He has been fighting from severe deep-seated infections that he had overcome last year prior to his brilliant return in the Christmas Hurdle but this time it had spread too far, although his fractured pelvis was healing well.

"He was not only brilliant but one of the nicest kindest horses you could ever wish to see and this leaves an awful hole in Seven Barrows this morning and a very sad day for Joe and Marie Donnelly. They have had some wonderful horses over the years and they both care so much for them so losing such a young star with his life in front of him is particularly cruel.

CH cruised past them all in the final two furlongs, won comfortably.

Another easy win, have to say it’s brilliant to watch him on the flat.

He’s an absolute monster.

I reckon Henderson is getting Constitution Hill ready for the pretigious races at Newmarket/Royal Ascot after humble beginnings in Class 2 & 3 races at Southwell & Kempton.

It will be interesting to see if CH goes further than twelve furlongs on the grass.
