Think yourself lucky you didn’t get to watch that match yesterday, it certainly wouldn’t have helped your condition.

It’s my sister in law’s 60th today so the girls are heading off for a few days, I’m so depressed that I’m going to have to watch football, drink beer, eat fast food and then head off to the game on Tuesday just to make it through, any coping techniques would be much appreciated. Say a prayer for me. 🙏🏻

Pre-record some selfie videos, and texts of you being thoroughly miserable without her, and send them at random times whilst she is away... You can then do your schedule without having to try and fake it whilst "under the weather" especially if you meet up with OB....

Mrs H has just been away in Birmingham for a week with her sister.... Worked a treat...
Hopelessly lost.................. But making good time

If it’s any consolation (it probably isn’t), my wife was in hospital for one and a half years.

He’s on his own this time, H. It’s my wife’s birthday today and I didn’t dare ask for a pass. :(

Wines sold in Waitrose.
Which is the Shotley one?
It's just called Shotley Vineyard. Owned by a young couple. It's set in a lovely place with views of the River Orwell. They have a lovely cafe where they serve coffee, hot chocolate, scones, sausage rolls, a variety of cakes and wine (of course). The walks around it are fabulous along the river path. We go there quite often with houndie, have a nice walk and then refreshments :) My friend picks the grapes for them.

Watching the game again.

A proper headscratcher of a match.

Sounds like a good place to visit Swannie.
The main Giffords site is also very scenic with abundant wildlife. They do tours also.
Its been a good “2nd career” for me. I mean wine for lunch is always good 👍🏼🍷
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Been unwell & in bed for much of the day.

Missed two bowls matches, today.

Fingers crossed, I'm fit enough to support the lads tomorrow evening. :crossed: :supbo:
