Jaysus.... That was the worst possible results going into tomorrow from a mental standpoint. We need at least another win...

I dont enjoy watching teams below us win, of course not, but every time liverpool lose, it makes my weekend
I just hate liverpool i hate the club i hate their culture i hate their attitude i hate their arrogance
PS lets hope Man City lose to southampton, would be great to face them in the final once we beat chelsea
There is greatness and then there is D C L ...

Re: Today's Games
Great free kick by Wolves and good save by Kinsky.
7 mins added on and then ref blows up immediately and they took the clock off the screen immediately.
The FA will cheat like f**k to try and save Spurs.
Won't matter though cos they are complete s**t.

Hopefully Newcastle lose, then we can keep looking up, and never mind what's below.

Burnley is a huge game for us.
You wouldn't want to go to Spurs or West Ham needing something and Brighton are in great form.

What a festival of dross that Wolves v Spurs match was.
Rochdale v York was a miles better match to watch.

possible we take a 9 point or even 6 point lead to spurs and sink them with a draw or at least make it impossible for them to catch us. Burnley does worry me though they’d love to contribute to dragging us back down with them.

Some on here said we were safe with 36! Obviously not as West Ham are on 36.Johnthewhite wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2026 4:06 pm I can see someone going down this season with 42 points![]()
Going to need over 40 to stay up this year.

Re: Today's Games
I know they have 42 points already but if Newcastle lose tonight the way things are going they are going to be looking over their shoulder - they’ve still got forest and West Ham to play.

Potentially Newcastle could still be in it if they lose, they still have to face West Ham as well.

And it won't be easy. We haven't scored in our previous three meetings and Citeh with all their firepower could only manage one. I could see it being a nervy atmosphere, especially if we fall behind.

Re: Today's Games
It won't.
We should beat them, home side vs already relegated.
But Parker has had DF's number last meetings, we haven't beaten them at all since DF came here and Parker Burnley.
