Yeah, that's poor Kalvin. god knows why you're praising the club that left you to rot... Well I do know, as he has to go back again

Kalvin was once a genuine, honest lad.

Now is head has been turned by Pep's Premier League whinging individuals, a club where he completely underachieved.

In my Opinion Kalvin not only played well for us he also brought a spark to the supporters,
Could not blame him for going to City (handsome fee for United) In a short space of time being a member of the Man City Squad he has accumulated a cupboard full of Trophies whist not actually playing plus a reputed £150,000 a week. I don't think there are many supporters,
me included, that would not like to having him back at Elland Road. But there must be a reason Travin' Kalvin to be shuttled around Club to Club.
I agree with the quote that his head has been turned by fame and fortune.
How many of us suddenly thrust into another word of adulation and riches we could only dream about stay the same.

I realise that most of this, if not all, as been said but as we have seen and know how he can play it is such a shame such a talent seems to be wasted.

I wouldn’t want him.

Agree Barlow.
I do wish him well though. He was talented footballer for us (Bielsa effect perhaps?), but I often thought he was a bit lazy. Then again - he may just be one of those who reads the game so well he never seems to have to hurry. :duno:

But you're right - no going back - including, I feel, to City. He needs to get out of there when the loan expires.

At the end of the day it was his choice to leave and seek his fortunes elsewhere. He might have made a lot of money doing that but from a footballer standing his career has nosedived. He's scratched around at Citeh and got nowhere, attempted loans where he looked just disastrous. So, IMHO this is the last chance saloon for him to show that he can (still?) do it in the Championsip. If that does not work out then the options for him will be very limited.
Good luck to him. Noone can take away his LUFC days from him

Bielsa turned him from a player that was probably worth around £150K, to buy, to a player worth that per week.

Not sure he was lazy tbh.
A few years ago he was a regular in England's midfield alongside Declan Rice and I remember Rice praising him for his workrate.

With all the ex Leeds players going to the Blunts it seems Chris Wilder wants to manage Leeds without managing Leeds.

I wish Kalvin the best, always liked the lad.

Guardiola systematically destroyed this lads confidence and career.

Footballers to him are like toys.Once he's bored with them he moves onto the
brand new expensive toy that his rich parents bought him for Christmas.

Anyone who expected KP to praise Leeds in front of a Sheffield Utd heavy media is a fool, hence his great answer to a question that was heavily loaded.

Wel played KP.

It's a symbiotic relationship.

Im talking in principle.

In this case KP got a huge wage, got to see the benches at some of the best grounds in Europe and a few gongs to hang on his wall.

And the best bit was thst he didn't even need to work for it :)

Not sure Wilder will want him back.

Played 3 games, got sent off, then got injured whilst suspended and didn't play at all for 12 games.

Back today

That's not a sending off. KP comfortably first to the ball and clearing it - you can't just stop your legthe second the ball is kicked. Looked worse at first.
