Like I've said many times, you either continually look to improve and advance at EPL level or you're guaranteed to have a quick descent downwards. It's the reality of operating at this level of football.

It all comes down to the quality of your data recruitment and the willingness of the manager to play the style your data recruitment has recruited for.
It's vital.
It's why those teams do it so seamlessly and just integrate players effortlessly.
They have a set style of play, play it and recruit for it.
It's what (eventually) helped us.
The 49ers are big on data recruitment.
Yet you slag Farke off for having his preferred style of play.

In fact if their is a club that does something unexpected positively (wins a title or a cup) liklihood is they are massively into data and analytics.
It's sustainable if everything is aligned.
Of course like everything it's not totally guaranteed, some managers don't like it for example and refuse to get in line so to speak (Brenden Rodgers at Liverpool for one).
But if everyone is on board it's the best thing you can do.
I do not disagree with buying and developing young players for sale at market when the price offered is right. It makes sense, but these clubs do not throw the bathwater out with the baby.
Red Bull clubs are not in cut throat league’s. The jeopardy for failure is nowhere near what it is in the prem.
It is more about Liverpool as a club than Brendan Roger’s.

Longstaff has scored three important cracking goals & two assists. Sean should have had another assist if Dan James had put a one on one chance away in the final minutes on Friday night.

i have noticed that there are pockets of fans that form distinct clusters, they all seem to be members of "Negativity Anonymous".
They are like wasps swarming around the negativity honey pot. The mere whiff of negativity in a thread, and they descend to enforce, reaffirm and endorse the sentiment.
They express approval of or give support, especially by public statement, and so they build up the hive mind. Sad really!!!
