Yes! Wow I'm amazed you remember faaip. I was there watching it being filmed. The car scene took quite a while, but the tide was going out so in one scene the tide was high but then in the same scene the tide was a lot lower. I chatted to Warren Mitchel quite a lot, smashing bloke, Spurs fan. The guy who played Tinker was also very friendly but Ian McShane was shall I say....a bit stand offish.
The scene where they are sat in the pub at the window table, I was in the opposite corner of the bar watching it being filmed.
I sat at that table the last time I was there for fish and chips

Love Lovejoy, know them all almost by heart.. Dudley Sutton was a great character actor, usually playing bad guys so I guess playing the loveable art deco loving, whisky drinking, barker was a welcolme change of pace

Just started Last of Us again since HBO max turned up on prime. Got halfway through series one when I lost access to Sky.

Still working my way through Fringe which must be the most under rated sci fi in history. So good

Ok, just finished series one. The most compusive viewing I've seen in years. A totally brilliant series but don't watch if squeamish, incredibly viceral, realistic and it's basically one day in an ER in Pittsburgh. Every hour watched is an hour in the day of the PITT ER

Sounds good, but need to detach my Eagles hatred to be able to watch this I fkn can't stand those neandarthals. The group hate is so bad that we're almost friendly with Giants and Cowboys fans theses days! Imagine that?

Too busy really to watch stuff now, other than sports, but will get back to binge watching stuff, probably in autumn.

We were at a fruit picking farm this morning and picked 40 kilos of apricots and cherries, and it was pretty easy tbh, only had to pay 1 Euro per kilo, which is way better than the fortune they charge in shops, or markets.

Just started the second season of Schmigadoon, which is called Schmicargo... Enjoyed season one, season 2 starts well. It's not for everyone, tbh I thought I'd hate it but it's so well done

Finally got round to watching “I Swear “ the movie about Tourette’s Syndrome. Wow, can’t deny I shed a tear or two laughing & crying, sometimes at the same time. Well worth a watch.

Watched both seasons of The Pitt, liked the ER hour by hour idea per episode.
My wife kept coming in and slating it saying “it’s nothing like that” (she’s a former nurse)
