Right now we need bodies, this guy who seems to be well loved here seems to think Chan would be an excellent signing. I don't rate him as a pundit so it's not my opinion
He’s a closet Leeds fan, always bigging us up.
Can’t agree with his judgment regarding Chan though.

We are at the stage where striker wise we've lost Piroe and signed nobody.
A winger is needed (and attacking midfielder) but still very light up front and relying on fitness and form of two strikers who career wise struggled for both.
Suspect at best we get 1 of the 3

I'm guessing we'll get Bard who'll slot in behind Gudds and I think Justin too at LWB... But he does give us squad option in case of an injury crisis. At 5/6M I'm ok with that though it doesn't make us stronger..
I'll hope our team can do one more similar piece of business plus a player that could start for us befor the deadline.
Sunderland look like getting their man over Palace but if not then Bohoya is target and Palace in play too. Bohoya is starting quality for us at some point
Gnonto being made to turn round and come home is still possible

Think he’s gone to Palace. Nothing announced yet though.

Gnonto won't come back
You don't fly, sign, parade in a new kit if you want to return.
He's wanted out for ages because of lack of game time..

Upto us to replace him.
Bahoya or bust on that front, problem is they'll make themselves liars if they go back on "subject to replacement" statement.
Not sure Bahoya is an upgrade because he's a speed demon with not much end product at the moment but he's young enough to become top class. Gnonto is pure end product while being quick himself plus better than decent in defence. But Bahoya passes the replacement test

Talented lad, inconsistent.
But naturally better than anyone else we have.
I don't think the owners care about optics though, a Premier League club they can sell is what matters.
Leeds United are exploring a deadline-day move for Jean-Matteo Bahoya. Negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt are ongoing with the Premier League club keen to find a resolution before 11pm tonight.
Meanwhile, Wilfried Gnonto is awaiting a verdict in Italy on his proposed move to Fiorentina. The window in Italy closes at 7pm. United sources have stressed his exit will not be sanctioned unless a replacement is guaranteed at Elland Road.
Bahoya was the subject of transfer interest from Hull City earlier in this window, but he declined to proceed with a move to the top-flight newcomers.
Itk lot get stick sometimes especially if they say something people don't like
But they are often well ahead of the curve.
Come on!!!
7pm Italian window closing gives our board an excuse not to recall Willy. Get out of jail free card. Doubt we get Bahoya over the line before that. Still no news on Bard who we've been talking to for a whole day now.

Jack Grealish to Everton on loan and they are paying 90% of his £300k per week wage, so costing £14 Million.
A very good and highly talented footballer who will never realise hs true potential because he is such a party animal. Perhaps Neverton will strike lucky and get half a season out of him but I doubt it. Players like that are best plying their trade somewhere else and if they want to chuck money at it that's fine by me .
Clearly, there is not a level playing field and it is getting progressively skewed.
Keep The Faith MOT WAL Never mind, it'll all come out in the wash............
