I wouldn't want to be them right now..... just been relegated with a s**t squad.
Sack your manager who'd inherited a dire situation with little money to change matters, and appoint a manager who's either been relegated or sacked prior to relegation at EVERY club he's ever managed.

The other way of looking at it is he led Barnsley to promotion to the top flight for the first time, and Hartlepool to promotion to league one.
