Honestly Twiggs if you saw anything but an inspirational, hard working, skillful captain when you watched Jonny against Doncaster then you must be losing it.

Jonny was my MOTM (although you could have given it to just about anyone on the pitch against Donny, they all played so well)

Howson was motm and has been for 3 or 4 games on the bounce imo. He has risen to and beaten the challenge presented by Clayton [imo]. Both excellent players in an excellent team.

He'd have been lost without Clayton to pass square to nearly every time as he appeared lost in possession and was dispossessed a few times whilst he hesitated. Watch again, especially in the first ½.
Let Donny in with a scoring chance twice, through backing out of tackles and nearly every pass he made was behind the man he played it to.
That said, he came out of his shell at 3-0 and showed what he CAN do when his confidence is up...

I watched the whole game again today, as I couldn't believe the way people were calling him MOTM last night.
Hard working YES! Skillfull? MOTM? No WAY.
My MOTM was Keogh (or possibly Aidy), tho as you say, they were all excellent! :thup:

However - this thread is about the Coventry game and I'll be more than happy to see the same team start. Possible doubt for Lonny, depending on how fast the bruising goes down on his finger.

I'll reserve judgement for a few months yet to see if consistency is the main point. One good game does not make a season! Win, lose or draw, I don't care, providing 100% is given by the team and nothing less. None of this BS about half-hearted games thankyouverymuch!

I think we would all be happy with the same team for tomorrow night. I think we will only see changes if players are fatigued or picked up slight knocks or niggles against doncaster.

Friday night made me realise what Keogh is all about! Hes so useful, he just doesnt stop working! He reminds me of dirk Kuyt actually Confident of a good result against coventry! ... but then again, this is the championship ... but Leeds are in good form and looking good to cement their place in the play-off places against a poor coventry side.

He reminds me of dirk Kuyt actually Confident of a good result against coventry! ... but then again, this is the championship ... but Leeds are in good form and looking good to cement their place in the play-off places against a poor coventry side.

Now you realise why i select Keogh on a regular basis Jon, his energy & workrate, holding up the ball, awareness, good pace makes it much easier for the likes of McCormack & our midfield to play their natural game

Then just keep rotating them until either one stops scoring!!

Fitness/Rest is the only reason to need to swap anyone, but Grayson may be wanting to make a change or two to assess other players. I don't think the back four will or should change, but a little shake-up in midfield might help us remain a little more unpredictable. Maybe let Vayrynen start, with Clayton being an impact sub??
