Re: Realistic promotion
Without been daft here is exactly what we need:
Another CB
One right back.
One left or / RB to cover or even challenge. (think taylor might just cover drury but a long term nock to him taylor wont do it?)
One more winger that can play left or right wing. (if snods goes ha try two more wingers)
Two midfielders. One anchor man and an all rounder?
Two strikers! One fast with a great finish and one more target man.
Based on warnocks transfer listed players leaving and current players that are passed it or crocked.
8 players.

WE''RE LEEDS UNITED, WE''LL NEVER BE DEFEATED!
Paul Green was warnobs best signing.
If you disagree please send me a PM so we can get in to a fight.

Just imagine the joy of playing without Becchio up front and getting someone who can actually run

Welcome to the funhouse Grogger
Currently, No
Ems is just about spot on, 6-8 required to give us strength in depth to cope with injuries, suspensions etc. If NW gets the players he wants/needs, we have a chance. I too am not overly concerned about the clubs who came down (all 3 are sh*te!!), it's the clubs who didn't quite make it last season we have to be wary of, Blackpool, Cardiff, Leicester(?), Boro
We are Leeds, so it'll be a rollercoaster ride as usual. Fasten your seatbelts, it's gonna be bumpy!!!

Re: Realistic promotion
Sadly, I can't see it at the moment.
Our Midfield this time last year?
Max, Howson, Clayton, Snoddy
Right now?
Rogers, Brown, Green, Snoddy

Every game I predict a 3 - 1 Leeds win, I am traditional like that.

Re: Realistic promotion
go back a few more weeks and we had BJ and Killa too. a much as I though he was poor Killa would walk into this team right now...and worse Brown has yet to sign a contract. He'll go if we can get in a player to replace him, or stay on a reduced contact if it looks like we're heading into the season with the current owners.

We had someone who could run (Beckford), and partnered with Becchio, they were scoring 50+ goals a season.
Becchio is a damned good hold-up player, but other front-men HAVE to be up there with him, not hanging back just in front of midfield.

Re: Realistic promotion
Luciano can hold up a ball - he just can't control it to pass to a LEEDS player afterwards.

I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.
