The body language in that picture reflects exactly what I think is the problem. Warnock has one eye on his retirement and his head isn't fully in the game. As a result that is being transferred to the players.
Absolutely pathetic. He needs to leave, now. Had enough of this crap now.

230 mile trip from kent to watch that :-( But I did think we played well first half :-) But it was obvious that NW wasn't best pleased that we was in control of the first half. so he got the players in at half time and said?? Look lads, go back out there and play the NW way and just huff and mis kick the ball, then finished is speech by say?? Go out there lads with your heads held down and the say to your selfs, we are sh£t and we know we are, then hopefully the fans will boo me and chant Warnock time to go, so then it gives me a great excuse to piss of back to sunny Cornwall for good......
THE END.... Fingers crossed
O and here's some pics from yesterday

You know your tactics are fecked when you need to analyse the photo for twenty seconds to work out firstly what our formation is and secondly which end is the defenceBakerjamessteven wrote:

Re: Leeds v Huddersfield - Team/Reports/Ratings
What an experience. My first game at Elland road and despite the result I loved every second of it. I am so jealous of people who can go every weekend, but yes I can see where the frustrations come from. Coming from a rugby background I think I follow the game differently to others so bare with me on my take of the game. First of all the atmosphere in Elland road, whilst not particularly loud was one of the most intense atmospheres I have ever experienced, it is very hard to explain but you could just feel the energy coming from the crowd (I was sitting towards the front of the Kop). I have been to Croke park for the Heineken Cup semi final between Munster and Leinster and countless other big international rugby matches but this really stood out for me.
As for the game I do not know what went wrong. There were times in the game where we looked so comfortable without having to do anything, but we didnt have a clue what to do with the ball, to put it bluntly we looked like a very very poorly coached team. At half time I felt we were going to come out and dominate and really push on, but after talking to Warnock the players came out and we so so poor it was hard to understand what guidance they got at half time.
Kenny: Conceded two and made a few decent saves, doesnt seem to command the players infront of him and mabey could have done better on the second goal, looking at highlights before the game he seems to get beaten alot at his near post.
Byram: This guy has something special, didnt have a great game but you can see the confidence he has going forward and looked good when players were running at him in defence.
Lees: He looks like a very good player, but confidence looks to be a problem with many of the team, he is scared of making mistakes, which is why he is making them, good ball for the goal.
Peltier: Didnt stand out as much as Lees for me, a player I wouldnt start next year.
Warnock: This guy really stood out for me and was one I kept an eye on, very assured on the ball, confident in everything he does, works hard defends well and communicates!!
Green: some good touches, but looked like a player who was unsure of his role in the team, and got in the way at times.
Austin: Another I kept an eye on. He really does try so hard fights like a lion, tackles really well, but deary me the guy has zero footballing ability about him, mabey if he played along side somebody who could play the ball around a bit he could be ok, but at times when he was on the ball he was so bad, couldnt pick out a pass at all. Had an amazing shot off the bar, and one or two surges up the pitch but no way is he good enough.
Tonge: At least Austin tries and shows some passion, this guy actually annoyed me, constantly beaten to the ball by opposition, if I was to keep him or Austin, Tonge would be gone, which says alot.
Varney. Decent player, works hard enough said.
Diouf: In the first half this man gave one hell of a preformance, was everywhere, he ran the show and showed passion, work rate, skill and helped out his team mates. Corners were poor though.
Habbiou: I thought he would be sent off after 20min, doesnt attack the ball in the box at all, worked hard, but seemed a bit lost with byram Diouf and Varney telling him what to do all the time, as if he wasnt sure what he was doing! Worked hard but he was our striker and on 3 occasions he didnt make any attempt to attack the ball and lost chances.
Subs. White scored other than that they were poor.
We are a team of triers, they work hard but other than Warnock Diouf and Byram we lacked quality, Mabey adding in Ross and Morison might up our level but how can a team progress when our two center midfielders have zero creativity. I can see Warnock standing on the training ground screaming try harder, try harder! Because that is the only bit of tactical advise this seems to be given.

Did you manage to meet up with any MOTers?
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.
