News report this morning on Radio Leeds saying the parties were meeting today to iron out problems. GHF keep saying they havnt had clearance from the football authorities? Something is not quite right.

Seems most takeovers in English football have their share of delays and issues which prevent a speedy conclusion. Business as usual just delayed a bit.

It's obvious now why GHF blocked the transfer of Barnes. There is some dispute between the parties on the sale. The Radio reports on BBC Radio Leeds said that the parties were working flat out today to resolve problems. It'll probably be resolved the day after the transfer window closes.

Transfer window open = takeover snag hitting time. Still there's always a few loanees available in February.
