Which manager would you like to see at ER?

So with the potential of a good amount of Money to spend in the summer and a bit of deadwood out the door, I find myself wondering about Brian Mac's ability to form a promotion squad. Additionally I was considering which manager could put together a squad full of talented players with a bit of fight about them. Who would you like to see at Elland Road if BM gets the boot?

Another question is do you think that given the right backing, Simon Grayson would have managed to get us up? Although he raised a number of questions about the defence, his team in the first year of the championship were always playing attacking, 'balls out' football which made for an interesting season (though ultimately disappointing). Would any of you like to see him back and have the opportunity to take us forward?

I liked Grayson while he was here for his attacking football and for the good, talented young midfield he assembled....but I'm not at all convinced he would be good enough to turn us around now or be the kind of man Cellino would want to work with. Ultimately, SG reached his level here when he was sacked, I think

Mackay, Di Matteo, Rosler, Pearson, Dyche, Postman Pat, His black and white cat, The Scarlet Pimpernel....anybody really.

Shame really, was happy with Mc when he came in but no further forward. Promotion not for another 3 years as next year will be re build, year after a challenge and then maybe a promotion IF we get things right with both staff, manager & players. Hopefully finances etc may be sorted now Cellino is in at the helm. Need this season to be over asap.

Another farcical season.

It'll be a minimum of 2 seasons from when BMC goes....we could employ him as a scout.

Prior to Warnock I said we should go for RDM and so I would definitely go for him. One stumbling block is that he is still being paid off by Chelsea and as far as I heard he cannot take another job while that is the case. The pay off is said to be mind boggling numbers hence why he probably wont just leave for any job.........LUFC, even with our problems, may be different. Mind you, we will probably then have a return to the " get the Chelsea scum out our club " chant when we lose a couple of matches under him.

Paolo Di Canio with his loyal five-man backroom team.
A manager who in eighteen months at Swindon won the League Two title and had them challenging for the top of League One.
A manager who kept Sunderland up after the disastrous tenure of Martin O'Neill had us all but relegated.
A man who was then treated disgracefully and sacked after just a dozen matches in charge, because he dared challenge the power of a group of lazy, unprofessional players who are now taking us down.
A manager who has faced an unprecedented campaign of vitriol from the British media which has unfortunately led a majority of football fans to believe he's just a deranged fascist who doesn't know what he's doing.
Look beyond what the media would have you think. He is a dedicated perfectionist and in my opinion he'd be ideal for LUFC. I'd be worried that the trigger-happy Mr Cellino might not give him the time that is undoubtedly needed to repair the sorry mess your club is in, but if he did give him that time I believe he'd return you to your former glories.
Hey, I'm no Leeds United fan; I'm a Sunderland supporter old enough to remember the bitter rivalry between our clubs fifty years ago. But I don't like injustice and believe Di Canio has been the victim of such.
You're too big a club to be languishing down there. Di Canio is too good a manager to be lying on the scrapheap.
PDC's Leeds has a ring about it. He's The Man!

Setting aside the fact he may be a Nazi / fascist, ultimately he is a crap manager.

As much as I would want RDM cant see that happening in the slightest, however Mackay could be more promising (if he doesnt take the Norwich job).
