Stadium costs not included in FFP...
Financial Fair Play Exclusions

Impact of purchase, sale and depreciation of fixed assets excluding player sales (e.g. a club's stadium)

The cynic in me wonders whether that means that in the future the club can be sold separately to the stadium, and we'd be back where we were. On the plus side, certainly a statement of intent from AR.
I wouldn't worry , quite a common business practice, If Leeds United went belly up for whatever reason, then the owner would still have the ground as an asset, rather than it being sold off at a massive reduction by the liquidator.

As I say, I think the ground being bought by the parent company as opposed to LUFC directly is to keep GFH at arms length. It is taking longer for Radz to extricate the club from their clutches than he'd like. They would automatically acquire a % ownership of the ground if LUFC bought it directly. I'll nose around when I get time and try to find the article on this.
Horrible, leech-like, slippery f***ers are GFH.

I don't think so as there is no compulsory buy back figure (it expired a few years ago) for it and all reports suggests he wants to build a new training ground on the land around ER, like it used to be.

Fullerton Park - use to watch Leeds United Juniors play there which kicked-off at 11.30am before the main event at 3pm with the Bremner/Giles/Clarke/hot shot Lorimer, etc show :-D

While this is the best news in years, buying the ground, investing in the squad etc I just pray that Radrizzani isn't Italian for Ridsdale, the last man to splash the cash. Maybe I'm overthinking and doing Radz down but when you've had so many years in the doldrums with unscrupulous owners it does make you cynical.
