The Beeb really pulled out all the stops like you I'm going miss one of my favourite Saturday programmes :( at least we have Dancing on Ice to look forward too in the New Year ! (something else to wind Hector up)

Btw have you seen my album nominations in the Album of the Year topic ? I'm surprised you haven't nominated the new Jane McDonald album :o
Yes, I would have liked Debbie or Alexandra to win, but I dont vote so I can't complain  Just like our dear Hector I Can't wait for dancing on Ice either :roflmao:
Had a look at your album nominations, I'd totally forgotten that Benny had a piano album out....haven't heard it yet. As for Jane's album I never thought of submitting it. It's all her own songs, and it's quite gentle listening. I actually love it when she knocks out the big big Streisand/Bassey/ Dusty ballads.

And Strictly's singer album by Tommy Blaize

If you nominated the Jane album I would vote for it when Leon starts the voting :)

Anyone watching the latest Strictly Come Dancing shows ?

I think Danny John Jules is excellent.

Ashley Roberts will do well as she has been dancing since a 3yo

I love the newsreader Kate Silverton to do well

I reckon Susannah Constantine the first to be the first to voted off this weekend but who knows with joe public involved

I'm watching Strictly Jill :)
Although we record it and then watch half on Saturday eve and half on Sunday eve...it's the only way I can get Mr Swan to watch it with me
I think you're right about Susannah going out first....she should do anyway :)

Can't believe anyone can watch either of those programs . Saturday night has really become the place of dross on TV. Wouldn't watch Strictly as I hate dancing wouldn't watch X Factor as its music I'd ever listen to in a million years , wannabees singing a load of modern trash usually - bet no one takes a chance and does something daring and adventurous like a bit of old punk rock .....its the anti Cowell music , which can't be bad . They may as well have the same winner every year as they al sound the same IMO . Moan over .

I can't dance one bit, must have two left feet :(

I tried it with Mrs 64 at dancing classes but I didn't enjoy it.

Believe me dancing is not easy in fact if it was a sport I think it would be one of the most difficult sports to get to grips with. Dancers are highly-skilled people who through years of practice are extremely proficient in their profession.

Credit where credit is due imo!

Us ladies know our dancing :P

My favourites are Kate, Danny & Joe, hopefully those three will go through to the next round this weekend
