In fairness injuries have often robbed us of having a stronger bench - an example being when Bamford came off the bench to score the winner v Bolton. If Bamford and Roofe had both been fit all season then likely one of those is on the bench. If Douglas wasn't injured then you likely have him playing and then either Harrison or Alioski on the bench, potential game changers coming on fresh against tiring defenders. Clarke was a game changer coming off the bench, injuries to other players saw him start and he didn't have the same threat when starting - maybe that dented his confidence prior to his illness.

Still astounded we are considering selling this kid and even more baffled that people try to make it sound like a positive.

He is by far the most naturally talented winger in our squad and would if allowed be a key player next season.

If the Harrison rumours are true we are trading in a player who was involved in a goal ever 203 minutes in Clarke for one who was involved in one every 383 minutes.

In fact remember how disappointed we were not to get Dan James.

Clarke was involved in a goal more often then him (227 minutes for James)

And Jack was more creative then Dan James (1.8 chances created per game compared to 1.2).

Absolute madness that anyone could try and make this sound anything positive imo and as usual the owners change but selling our most talented players dont.

If Radz is going to be cheap again then a whole host of players should be.moved on before Clarke.

Forshaw, Dallas, Cooper, Ayling, Roofe, Bamford, Sacko, Cibicki, Ekuban and more.

If Jack goes then we will be considerably weaker and imo will not get anyone as good as Jack is now never mind as good as Jack will become (imo).
