England, France, Brazil. and USA all in the same half of the draw.

Ridiculous, especially with France having to play Brazil in the round of 16 with the winner likely to meet the USA in the quarter-finals.

Good day to be German.

Another goal for White in this tournament through VAR for a correct straight-forward offside decision. Cameroon spit their dummy out & refuse to kick-off. Amazing scenes as the game eventually continued in the last few minutes of the first-half.

Cameroon players accusing FIFA officials of racism.....nonsence you stupid unsporting women. Come on England thrash the hides off this lot :eng:

Spitting being the operative word... wonder if their player will get an 8 game ban?

From what I've seen of it, the USA are a cut above the rest and will most likely meet Germany in the final.

The USA won't get past France if they play the way they did against Spain.

Spain exposed their back four as being average, and France can put the ball in the back of the net. Further, France have beaten the USA two of the last three times they've played, including a 3-1 thrashing just this past January (the USA got their lone goal in the closing seconds). Finally, the French are playing at home and will have a very boisterous crowd behind them.

The game could go either way. I rate it a toss-up.

It probably would have been the final if they had been in different halves of the draw John.
From what I've seen Germany seem the strongest team in the other half.
Unfortunately for England they are in the USA/France half of the draw so I can't see them making the final although they have every chance of beating Norway.

Two lovely worked moves for England's goals, should have been three as White struck a beauty against a post

Bronze (England's Luke Ayling) at the heart of both goals

Another goal for White
