AR and VO fooled us into thinking that nothing was being put into place to strengthen our squad to enable us to reach the Premier League......
We now have at least 5 keepers (possibly more) on the books so we don't need to worry about an injury crisis affecting them....
Good thinking.
Still missing the blatantly obvious , we need a goal scorer, not an other keeper

It was my attempt at sarcasm Velo.
We've gone and signed someone in the one position that has the most cover.

Adams and Gray both on the bench tonight, so I think we can put those 2 to bed

It's player shuffling not a first team move...It's not always about need but quality. We'll move on from Miazek/Huffer at some point..We may even have to send Meslier back end of season..We play 3 teams so 4-6 GK sounds about normal

Despite being a pessimist wpuld you not say that its encouraging Adams is on the bench?

Andre Gray is definitely the backup to Troy Deeney.

Today The Hoff drops Ings, plays a teenage winger/striker instead.

He has now just taken off 1 half of his 1st choice front 2, Long off and Ings on.

Adams is 4th choice at best.

Ten days before reality kicks in & we realise we'll be operating with a 12 man first-team squad.

Hope our second highest scorer 'own goal' hits peak form on our charge towards the premiership.

Another 2 goals for Peterborough's Ivan Toney last night taking his total for 17 for the season. Still think he could be worth a punt.

Watford have a cup game tomorrow night though, so they need to rotate the squad. Maybe why they used the teenager.

Can't we play him upfront?

The old tagline 'it has to be an improvement and what we already have' what utter nonsense. We can't find anyone better than Bamford, Cooper or Douglas? It's just more spin and delay tactics.

Still, I'm sure I will be pleasantly surprised come the end of January and feasting on humble pie.

Southampton reject 3rd loan bid for Che Adams.

Loan fee of £3mil with an obligation to buy for £17mil is promoted (i think).

Fair play to the club, seems overpriced to me but least they tried.

Wouldn't go near that for Gray tbh.

Surely we could find as good if not better abroad given how inflated the domestic market is?

I really rate Che Adams but i bet their is a player in Europe somewhere just as good for half the price.

Sigh.

Wave £20M at Rangers for Morelos and they would bite your hand off.

There cannot be a player playing lg one and two teams week in and week out worth 20M surely...

Yeah, no. At least they tried. 20m isn't peanuts even if we're promoted and I don't he's worth it.

Yep top offer but I'd imagine they all want it up front which probably would put us in FFP trouble at some point.

£20m for a striker that was sold for £5m less 6 months ago and hasn't scored a goal since.

Doesn't seem like a good deal to me.

We'd better off going to Nahki wells for £6m.

Its time to bring Super Mario in to sort us out :)

"BALOTELLIIIIIII SCORES THE WINNER AND LEEDS ARE CHAMPIONS" :)

Failing that.

Karlan Grant?

Scoring goals for Huddersfield.
Only 21
Seems similar to Adams and can play on the wing.
Potential to improve (like Adams, unlike Gray).

Seems ideal, wave a £10-20mil at Udders and see what happens.
