I'm a little upset with Klich and Roberts. I predicted 3-0.

Wow. Couldn't even take my eyes off the screen that second half to comment. Dazzling display and massive kudos to Roberts, the lad looked euphoric after that sublime header. On to the next one now.

Makes a change that the headline 'Tyler Roberts with a brace!' is positive.

Now wins for Cardiff, Boro and Wigan to round the weekend off nicely

Fulham v Preston - either a draw or a Preston win will do.

He was a straight swap for Bamford, I’d still guess he won’t start.

Well first off Hull were twice the team Boro were, perhaps more. I thought we played well first half as we seemed to play around our striker today for the most part. Second half and particularly the last 30 we were stunningly good..That's how I'd like us to play going forward

Meslier - 8 - Not a lot to do but so assured doing it and seemed to always make the right decision. I think it will be 5 M well spent.
Ayling - 9 - Started like a rocket and never stopped really
Dallas - 8 - Just very solid
White - 7 - Not much to do today, quiet game for him
Cooper - 7 - Bit more up and down but same score in the end
Phillips - 7 - Quiet and not sure he was fully fit, good game though and he'll get the coach vote so that's something
Klich - 10 - Ran the show for about the 10th game running ...Coolness and class the calling cards
Costa - 10 - Outrageous skill at times, could have had a hat trick if not for some quality keeping.
Hernandez - 9 - Goal and assist iirc. Some lovely football today
Harrison - 10 - Imagine me like Homer Simpson thinking of pie...That good. He was Homer Simpson good

Roberts - 8 - Couple of off target passes but boy the finishing was quality and instinctive..2/3 defensive clearances too

Who else played ?

Love that and exactly what I've said for so long now, does all the unseen donkey work but produces moments of sublime class. I always argue the point when I see Klich back to form posts ..He's played like that most of the season ..

I was very impressed with that young baby faced goalkeeper Meslier. Three times he jumped up to catch a high looping ball in the penalty area and claim the ball for is own. Kiko I think would have just punched the ball out. He looked calm and assured... more mature than a 19 year old. His distribution was also excellent, only once did he kick it into touch..
and that shot that the big Hungarian striker rattled off the post I think he had it covered. Excellent debut, and if he plays like this for the rest of Kiko's suspension then we have nothing to fear.
