Look like he's on his way to Brighton.
Yes I suggested Lallana, so he's heading close to home with Southampton not too far away

Good player when fit Lallana.

But in 3 seasons he has managed 14 matches worth of minutes.

Very risky (even more so then our Uruguayan Prince)

He's a class player. But I'd be happier signing someone younger

Yes let Brighton take that risk, would love to see them relegated next season.

Apparently turned Leicester down for them, must be more to his move than football.

Brighton spending a fortune on him, huge salary apparently

Also I reckon he has family & friend close by in Southampton

Perhaps they're spending the money they'll be getting from us for Ben :)

Sort of player to take them up the league a few places away from relegation, would be money well spent, If he can stay injury free.

I wonder if Brighton need to sell someone to balance the books. Now let’s see, who have they got that we might want? 😉

Looks like we get to pay back the shortfall to the TV companies over the next two seasons even though we were not in the league ..it'll cost us 8 Mill less in expected earnings p/a

Some are saying it's an 8M to join the EPL fee though

I'm not sure what with all the issues that spending will be "normal" this off season anyway, throw in a possible "China" issue and some wealthy teams may not want to pay over inflated sums to get their guy.

China by the way have relegated EPL football off their free to air service to a lesser ppv platform apparently as part of their annoyance at us for the Huawei situation, if that escalates it may mean a freeze on monies to Chinese owned football teams which I think includes Spurs and Wolves

While Norwich are given £80m parachute payments, absolute disgrace.

Yep, I was thinking about that actually. If I was a Wolves fan, I'd be very worried. Another reason why being self sustainable is more important than relying on Sky or sugar daddies.

The spending will be cut back hugely this summer, can only see Chelski, Man City and scum splashing the cash.

I'm not entirely sure I understand why the TV companies lost money though, all games in the Prem and CH were completed and the BCD probably means they had more watching anyway. I'd imagine there was a boost in BTS and Sky subscriptions when football came back...The big losers here were the football clubs and not the greedy TV companies

I imagine Sky make a bigger wedge showing in Pubs, round here few showed matches as they couldn't get numbers in to justify the spend.

I still think raiding the Championship makes more sense, Henry and Wilks at Brentford would be high on my list.

Most teams have at least one mid prem quality player..There's a pair at QPR I'd like.

Gent Chairman has said we have made an offer for Canadian Wonderkid Jonathan David.

Over €20mil, Gent want €30mil.

Never heard of him tbh

23 goals 10 assists last season.

Not sure what to think, Belgium is such a poor league compared to the Prem.

Seems very well thought of though, bit like Almada, linked to everyone.

Plays as a number 10 mainly but can play anywhere across the front line.

Oh and he is linked to Adidas according to his Social Media.

64, I can almost taste the pleasure that seeing Brighton go down would bring me.

Their Chairman, Tony Bloom, is an ex-associate of Harry Findlay of course (Denman’s part owner). Findlay’s book, Gambling for Life, is a very interested read, Harry being about as interesting a character as it would be possible to find anywhere. Some interesting info in there about Bloom as well.

Tony Bloom is a betting magnate, he’ll be bankrolling Brighton as he’s a fan too.
