I have seen that before mate, I have to admit I am one of those who found it easier to deny climate change than truly get involved... my view has been changed. Took a long time, but it has been changed.

them a childish or abusive nickname "Sleepy Joe Biden" or "Crooked Hillary" or "Little Rocket man"

This guy really is worth a listen if you have never heard him speak before. He does tend to give it from a perspective that we never get in the media over here in the UK. I remember when the BLM movement and the rioting kicked off in the States after the George Floyd incident. I remember listening to OT talking about respectable Black retired Police chief David Dorn being fatally shot by the looters why trying to protect his friends business and thinking why is this not making the MSM over here?

In 2020 the National polls are predicting a Biden win yet the independent pollsters are again predicting an upset.

This year, both men believe that polls could again be undercounting Trump’s support. The reason is “shy” Trump voters—people reluctant to share their opinions for fear of being judged. Though the “shy voter” idea is thrown around a lot by both Trump supporters and Democratic skeptics, Kapteyn and Cahaly have specific insights into why, and how, Trump support might be going undetected.

A common misconception. The polls were off four years ago, but not by nearly as much as people think. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by over two percentage points (48.2% - 46.1%), which translates into nearly three million votes. That was just a bit below the aggregate of the opinion polls prior to the election, which showed Clinton up by a little over three points.

Here's a great article on where things stand right now from Nate Silver, whose 538Politics organization came closest to predicting the 2016 outcome, saying Trump had a roughly one in three chance of winning. The actual results were within one normal polling error of expectations (normal polling error is explained in the article).

Mail voting is pretty dodgy to be honest it is easily open to fraud anyone can see that but it suits the democrats at the moment to support it.

We are never going to agree but the proof will be in the pudding, biden will be 8 years if he makes it that long of smoke and mirrors just like Obama and leave large swathes of the country a mess again. Hopefully wrong but we shall see.

Voting by mail has been done in the US for many years. A number of states - including Republican states - vote by mail ONLY. There has never been any significant incidence of fraud.

How are we all feeling? Must admit I feel a bit nervous, even though everything points to a blowout in favour of Biden. A number of shops and businesses in my neighborhood have pre-emptively boarded up their store fronts in anticipation of potential unrest. Must get out and run my errands shortly as I suspect they'll close up early today.
