I laughed when people said "Bielsa's team will be found out in the Premier League".....Hmmmmmm

To be fair we are playing every game with 80% Championship team so the results are not lying. You need at least 7 players in first eleven who have experience at this level.

Only hope is to buy 1-2 more players in January and then survive this season and get in another 2-3 players next summer. Only then we will be a very fine PL side.

I know we have injuries at the back, but that is our first choice midfield and forward line-up! Concerning?

It's still very much a Championship side out there and it's starting to show. We lack any real quality coming off the bench, with have a League One player coming on to replace Bamford. The other substitutes bring very little to this level. We've been unfortunate or careless with our injuries, we really do need to bring in better quality come January. As for MB, the questions are being asked as the current formula isn't working. Interesting times.

Unfortunately 50% of them are out of action

So true, just want to say as much as i love bielsa he cant turn championship players into premiership players standard, unfortunately we are powder puff going forward and cant defend to save our lives. And as for Costa what does bielsa see in him weak as water, this is a recipe for relegation , badly need some quality players in pronto.

I know MB values the system over the individual but we are starting to see that the system when played at the higher level is only as good as the players.

I'm sorry but man to man, high press, win the ball back asap is a great idea in theory.

But its only as effective as the players.

Some of ours arent good enough and it shows in how they go about the system, to early to press, to late to press etc.

Let's not slag Bielsa, he took a set of mid table Championship players and turned them round into League winners and for the first few games Premiership respectable....but now we have been found out big style, we will certainly be in a tough relegation battle based on tonight's performance but without Bielsa we would never have been in a battle for survival in the Premier league. Its going to be interesting, my personal feeling is that we will implode and be playing 46 games next season.....but I am a born pessimist when it comes to Leeds !!

Where has that early season zip gone? That was poor tonight. We made West Ham look good tonight which is a real concern because they are a mid-table team and that's no disrespect to them. If we can't head a ball throughout the team can someone tell me the point of having wingers? Rodrigo should have scored at the end of the game there. It would have been get out of jail stuff.

Meslier kept the score respectable again. Our play is becoming so predictable even septic peg could pick our team. We potter around at the back with the ball, move it out to the wings usually with the FB joining in the attack, it inevitably comes to nothing then Declan Rice runs forward in CM unchallenged then passes it out wide whichever side the fullback as gone missing. Bowen must have thought Christmas had come early he was left on his own numerous times first half why Alioski was still on the edge of their box.

The confidence is starting to drain, you can smell it. We are shot defending set-pieces, and we are going through one of them couldn't score in a brothel periods. Not looking good folks.

It's high time we made some changes, but Bielsa never did when we were playing poorly in the Championship, so he won't now.

Been said - we were poor against a team that's not great. West Ham right be ok on their day, but they weren't close to full strength today.

I've been pleased with Rodrigo and Raphinha but it brings up another argument. Bananarama looked better than both of them tonight

Our defending was poor all around. At set pieces we're awful and I have no idea why. Cooper really looks out of his depth. Saw him twice sat on his arse after missed sliding tackles and he was at fault for the 2nd goal. His through ball for the penalty was his redemption but he's not doing his job at the back. Ayling in the other hand looked solid and may have a future at center back.

Complaints that I thought Fabianski should have been sent off and that we should have had a 2nd penalty but overall ...

I can't get over this one. This is not West Ham's team and at home we should be beating them comfortably. We're not good enough - full stop. I could handle losses against Chelsea, Palace, Wolves, Leicester. But today I'm really pissed off.
