SNOW - 2022
Anyone had a dumping of the white stuff today then?
I got up to a light dusting but with it coming down fast which soon escalated......
Text from the boss saying office closed, woo hooo.
Since then there have been multiple local crashes, cars and lorries abandoned, buses stuck. Still coming down now albeit more lightly than before.
Temperatures set to plummet, I fear an ice rink in the morning.

I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

Re: SNOW
Loads up in LS27, walked to the main road this morning to see what the conditions were like and went straight back and decided to work from home. I posted on the Brighton thread suggesting there could be a potential postponement due to the forecast.

Re: SNOW
I saw the one with the car. The red car that got hit had slid down the hill only seconds before the other red one came down and hit it, as you say the girls vocabulary was limited to F and C words, I was led to believe that was Huddersfieldbecchio bear wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 8:38 pm I was watching a video clip from Leeds Live showing Churwell Hill in Morley!!

Just watching 'Look North' I recorded earlier....scenes of masses and masses of people at Hyde Park Leeds, a mass snowballing competition which the authorities say goes against all social distancing rules....what is wrong with these idiots Mostly teenagers by the looks of it. I despair at our younger generation...

Re: SNOW
My cousin lives near Ripon and is a builder and he couldn't work yesterday or again today. Six inches of snow where he is apparently. Nothing in Suffolk but floods everywhere.
