Same old shite. We always look off the pace after a long break, players can't say they're tired. 15 days till the next game after this.

Changes needed for the second half, but other than Pablo, not much inspiration on the bench.
Same as last week Overman.
Bullied, unable to match physicality and no leadership at all.
Needs a Bremner or Giles out there.

Far to many very average players not even in there best position.

Average is fine if you can play as a team, often better but yes the positioning is wierd

Dallas given the run around for the 1st goal.

Agreed pulled out of position and missing from managing Maupays' run

Ayling marking nobody, Cooper weak in the challenge.

Ayling still not an established CB, can do a job for a game or two but this is too long now, Coop looks rusty

Struijk isnt a dm (and shouldn't even be in the squad yet) to much to soon.

Agreed

Midfield is all over the place, Rodders plays to far forward, Struijk is to deep, Klich cant cover the whole midfield.

Yep, poor Klich doesn't know where he should be going we're hanging him out to dry

Ayling, Cooper, Ali and Dallas with Struijl in front is a mid table Championship back 5 and our system doesnt protect them at this level, it exploits them.

But it's not our first team defence. Ayling at RWB is one of the best in division imo

And the pitch is a disgrace and a direct hindrance to our style but no excuses, Brighton are managing.

The poorer the pitch the greater the leveller, offer to play all games away, we'd be better off

Just play players in there best positions?

Yep, one or two games in desperation but this obsession with players needing to learn 3 positions is causing problems

Ayling to right back, Struijk to cb

Llorente to dm

Rodders off for Pablo (im sorry but Rodders much like Costa is the wrong player for our system)

As a matter of urgency we need another cm/dm, a cm/AM, a winger, a cb, 2 full backs.

The squad needs major surgery, will take time but we need to do 2 this Jan imo.

Maybe they are getting over trained in these long periods between games

They know they're guaranteed to start every week, so don't have to make an effort.

Have had to check if Rodrigo and Bamford are on the pitch. Each had a decent half chance and were so poor with them.

Need to step up here big time or it could get ugly.
You're right Boo, it wants put right now or we could start sliding.
Need to show some spirit at least.

We definitely need a couple in in January, but I don't trust Orta with the money. Llorente, Costa and Rodrigo have all looked huge wastes of money.

Alioski is not a defender.

Small squad syndrome, lack of quality in depth, no real meaningful competition for places. So there is an element of more covert complecancy, the usual suspects are guaranteed a start.

Let's hope we can turn this around and they man up.

A bit more promising and threatening from Leeds
