I take it there's been a change to the rules regarding last player to touch the ball that I missed

Klich was offside when Bamford headed it, it's only given when he becomes active

Yeah, it's the Leeds clause, in all circumstances any Leeds goal will be disallowed, doesn't matter which rule is applicable.
