That's why we shouldn't waste 10 or 12 million or whatever it is to sign him. I don't care if it sounds cheap. We need to look elsewhere for a left winger in the summer. If he can't produce the goods now when he is playing for a permanent contract then he never will.

I agree his lacks consistency but it's a #3 priority at the very least.
