Counting Crows - Butter Miracle Suite One - Sub par but when you're CC par is about as good as it gets. Awful title, awful cover, some dodgy arrangements and some forced lyrics but there's something/enough there, some nice hooks

Flobots - Fight With Tools - A wonderful politically driven album. "There's a War Going On For Your Mind" seems to be particularly relevant. Love the Violin and brass alongside the guitars and rapped lyrics - 5 stars
Nickelback - Silver Side Up, A band thta gets a lot of stick as country driven rock that most despise but to be honest once in a blue moon I'll drag this out for the car as a cracking driving album. Not a lot of that genre is better than How You Remind Me over the last 30 years, unapologetically mainstream but that's not always a bad thing if done well
