Marvellous programmes, I used to watch all those plus in the school holidays there was always Laurel and Hardy and the Double Deckers, not forgetting Banana Splits

I can't remember much about the individual shows but the theme tunes stuck with me, especially the Jamie one.
After Button moon, i still sing it occasionally we had Rosie and Jim. I am not sure the pc brigade would allow heterosexual puppets kissing on tv these days? but s**t happens in life.
And who didn't like Zippy? George & Bungle would have been assigned every Gender in the book if it came out today. I'm guessing they were mates of Jeffrey.

The Banana Splits.....tra la la lala la.....one banana, two banana, three banana, four. Four bananas make a bunch and so do many more...etc

My all time favourite programme is Hill St Blues.
I had every single episode saved on VHS tapes at one time.
