Frustrating result but 2-1 against Spurs isn’t bad. That first 45 especially should give us confidence for the rest of the season

Bielsa time up he can't hack it in this this league can see why he only averages 2 seasons at a club other managers work him out in that time and he moves on ....TIME TO GO

How many times have we looked like scoring when going behind this season? We've dropped 10 points from winning positions and only won 2 all season.

Really poor take, dread to think where we would be without Bielsa

We were very good today and didn’t deserve to lose.
Two very fortunate goals for them.

Disagree. They'd gone 2 games without a shot in target and were booed off at ht. The game was there for the taking. If we can't win these games, then when are we? Draws do nothing, we needs wins and fast.

The toxic nature of some of the comments on here though is depressing. We score and we're the best team in the world, we concede and the players are all championship quality and radz needs to go. Yawn.
You might want to, but some of us don't want to go down.

They hadn't had a shot on target for 2.5 games before the 2nd half.

Our 2nd half performance has been pathetic
Again. We run like fook for 45 mins and then too knackered in 2nd half . Obvious what will happen .

That imo is the most concerning stat.

This side under Bielsa traditionally were really good at protecting leads (something like 30 wins from 30 at one point).

It's gone right the other way

Notably Spurs outran us 2nd half.

The symptoms indicate a tiring team imo which is something some of us expressed concerns about in the summer.

This.

I’m off, I don’t think too many will be particularly constructive about a performance that was as good as we might have reasonably expected in the circumstances.

But we came away with nothing yet again, we must be one the most unfortunate sides in the PL. I just hope the board back MB in January.

A draw would have been a fair result based on how they managed to lift their game in the 2nd half. But you would expect a reaction considering they are at home. We were beaten by a lucky free kick. We played well considering the absences.

But the reaction on here from some is like a bunch of petulant kids.

We play like that every week and we will be fine.

So disappointing to come out with nothing. We just can’t seem to catch a break, two lucky goals against us, yet again no penalty given when it was so blatant.

We’ll take the positives, brilliant first half considering we were missing so many, Struijk majestic, James up and running and a fine display by Gelhardt.

Can't believe how negative some people are here. I cannot see any other manager getting this level out of our players. With so many players missing.

Spot on Finn. I have to say the commentators bias is sickly.

We were undone by a fluke... simple as.

We were the better team but we are not in bed with the European Superleague and that shone thru to me tonight in the commentary.

They may have Conte. But they also have spent a f*cking fortune. The boys did themselves proud. Play with that commitment and intricacy and we will be good. That's the Dan James we won't to see.
