Cody acted disrespectfully to Bielsa imo!

Think long and short of what MB says may be that some of the younger lads may find his pecking order frustrating?

Maybe some have vocalised it slightly and some have left perhaps?

Anyway definitely wasn't happy MB.

We won't see Drameh here again whilst MB is and that probably goes for any player out on loan.

We know what the craic is when MB perceives himself to be disrespected = "Don't let the door hit you on the arse on the way out", i.e. Pontus n Pablo :(

Maybe there's a sense of entitlement in young players these days?

But I kinda feel his pain, he's a specialist right back and should be the heir to Bill's throne, but even when Bill's been out he's generally had to take a step backwards as Dallas, or Shackleton step in.

So if those guys are all fit he's realistically 4th in line to get a match..

So I don't feel like MB's put his trust in Cody so much?

But that's they way things are at Leeds and you either like it or lump it :)

Precisely, Limp Bizkit time "My way or the highway" :)

With backing vocals by Pontus Jansson and Pablo Hernandez ;-)

The youngsters are champing at the bit, they see a depleted 20 man squad and want in, its not happening quick enough for some, and they're voicing an opinion, the only opinion that matters is MB's, rightly or wrongly.
I side with MB on this stance, but, I also side with the player who sees a lot of favouritism, players out of position, holding back players like Drameh, who can't get in their natural position, even when the first choice player is out long term.
Hope to god Gelhardt don't voice his frustration , especially as that hopeless numpty roberts is blocking his way.

Don't often agree with many of your posts, but the section highlighted in bold is pretty much my view on the matter generally. I can definitely see both sides of the coin here, with a leaning toward being behind the gaffer's decision on this.

Like many of us, I really hope Gelhardt is now a permanent fixture in the first team squad, though I don't like to call Roberts a numpty. There's a good player in there and I think like Harrison, he just needs to: get his head up more, not try to beat the same man multiple times, and gain some consistency.

Exactly mate, considering Paddy has virtually not played since September 17th, 3 months ago, how many minutes on the pitch has Gelhardt been given?

Cheers fella, but I always give every United player a long good look at before I make remarks like that and worse, I'm still a relative newbie on this site so, for most of the time, I'm anti roberts, he's had long enough in multiple positions and hasn't done anything for me.
Harrison, I say exactly the same as you have above. there is talent , but not used on a consistent basis, hence why, before the injuries, both roberts & harrison were used from the bench.

Drameh looked like a lad that could be a player, but he certainly hadn’t shown anyone that he was the new king in town at right back just yet.

In any job you have to learn and certainly bide your time. He’s had exposure to a legendary coach and one who clearly says he wants you to stay and do a job for your club. Instead you listen to your ( misguided/greedy) agent and decide you know better on how to progress your career!

He will never again play under Bielsa and it’s quite likely he won’t play for Leeds again either. Silly, silly boy, when he was on the cusp of being a regular squad player, to begin with at least.

Enjoy Cardiff and the football you’re about to encounter at the really brutal end of the Championship - might as well get used to it.

He's only on loan and back next season I'd assume and as everyone says this is MB's last season he'll get another opportunity to impress the new guy.
Best 11, everyone fit - Meslier - Ayling - Firpo - Koch - Llorente - Phillips - Dallas - Raphinha - James - Roberts - Gelhardt Bench - Klaeson, Struijk, Rodrigo, Bamford, Forshaw, Harrison, Summerville

Plus that interpreter is s**t so we don't get the exact wording or inflections

Drameh started for Cardiff yesterday in what was a poor display from the Bluebirds as they lost 0-1 at home to in form Blackburn.

Cody picked up his first :booked: for his new club.

I don't get the fuss tbh. He's looked out of his depth in the PL so far, Cresswell and Hjelde in comparison looked like veterans. First team football will do him good. He doesn't improve us either.
