Leeds 15 5 7 3 20 17 22

We need 12 points from the remaining 13 games assuming we get nothing more from the top 5.
Eight points will be sufficient.

You think 30 points will be enough to stay up 64?

Over the last 10 years the average points total of the team that finished 18th was 34.

Vs the teams we have left that we have already played we managed 12 points.

Coincidentally that would take us to 34 points.

We then have Liverpool and Villa.

We are far from safe yet.

None of Burnley, Norwich or Newcastle will get to 34 points.

But I agree we're not safe yet. 5 more wins should do it.

True but once we get to 30, we should be ok. Teams are at the bottom because they can't win.

Yeah I think we need 37 points to be safe so that's 5 wins from our remaining 18 games.
Definitely achievable, hopefully starting with three of those points on Saturday.

I think 30 points will see us safe.

I Just can't see Watford, Norwich, Burnley or Newcastle bettering the first half of the season totals by much, they need to improve their win rate significantly to survive. Norwich, Burnley & Newcastle have only won five games between them,

Fulham only managed 28 points, even though were difficult to beat in the final part of last season.

Want to say something positive so will praise this young man.

It must have been really hard for him to watch his great mate Tino Livramento playing regularly for Southampton whilst he was stuck in our u23s.

I doubt very much that was the dream Orta sold him (backed up by Phil Hay saying in an article that people at the club were shocked Bielsa didn't.use him at all).

I thought he did well today under the circumstances.

Dallied a bit but least he wanted to get his head up and pick a pass forwards.

Not a hoof.

He was calm and OK it didn't always find its target but I thought he looked decent.

Jesse has already said he only played because he didn't want Klich to get a second yellow but I'd start him vs Chelsea.

He won't I assume but I would

Yolo.

Looks a decent player, thought he did well today. He's certainly an option.

He looks better than Klich, who has been finished for some time.

Did well albeit with Arsenal easing off on us.

Main thing is game time in his legs
Marsch OUT

Football has undergone a process of bielsification; pressing and possessing, passing rather than dribbling, intercepting high up the field rather than making last-ditch tackles, are in vogue.

Decent landing spot, Oxford have had a few good seasons recently missing out on promotion at least twice ...

Better to be playing regularly for a League 1 side than warming the bench for a championship side. Cresswell wasn't going to be starting for Millwall last Saturday but one of their first choice centrebacks got injured in training on Thursday/Friday.

A blessing in disguise for Charlie & Millwall.

Unsure Bate is PL level tbh, loan deal will do him good.

A one-hour train journey for Lewis to see his family & friends .

Good level for Bate to establish himself in a team, I have high hopes for some of our loanees.

Anyone know where Bogusz has gone? I had high hopes for him too.

Still with the club. Had a nasty ACL injury whilst on loan last year. Marsch name dropped him today in his pre match presser as one he will look at when he is fit.
