They are back after eight years since their last album, Antiphon, still two months to the release date, waiting in anticipation
'For The Sake Of Bethel Woods' is released in March
'The Trials of Van Occupanther' & 'The Courage Of Others' (still one of my all-time favourite albums) are both underrated crackers. Hoping to hear more of the same on their new album

Just had a listen to Roscoe. See what you mean about soft rock. I'll give them more of a listen when I'm not watching the footy....
Great song.
Quite a few members on here enjoy Midlake, their albums are growers.
I live about 10 miles from where they are from. I'd like to be proud of them but I find their stuff really dull and sleep inducing.
Each to his own eh Leon.

Very much so, Bob.
Midlake are an acquired taste, I love their mellow sound.

Cracking album is 'The Trials of Van Occupanther'. I've been a fan ever since that album came out, so I'm glad there's new material on the way (first I'd heard about new stuff).

It is a cracking album, Lumi I reckon 'The Courage Of Others' is even better!
