The Whites started brightly enough at Anfield before going behind to an unfortunate penalty, and even with the game gone at 3-0 down at half-time, they still managed to fashion several chances.
That for me is the bit that is the relaity of the situation we are in. We are fighting injuries, sh*te/biased refereeing and plain bad luck. We were the better team, could easily have been a goal up then the referee gives them a penalty that would not have been given if it was at the other end. That sort of sh*t really demoralises you as a player when you go behind undeservedly. It also completely changes the whole match as Liverpool relax, they don't have to try to force anything and we have to take risks. Second goal and their guy hits a shot better than he ever has in his career. Third goal and another soft penalty with the player going down before contact. Second half and we keep fighting but don't get any reward and they then get the flattering goals at the end. The goal where Messlier makes the save and it hits Struyjk and rebounds perfectly for their guy to tap home sums up the luck we are having.
Liverpool are hard enough to play without having the ref on their side and luck on their side too. Forget Zouma kicking the sh*t out of his cat I think Bielsa must have ran over several black cats recently.

ok.
Burnley last four games; Spurs 1-0 win, Brighton 3-0 win away, Liverpool 0-1 away defeat (how did we do there?), Scum 1-1. So I don't get that one. Burnley are perennial relegation dodgers and know how to survive.
Watford: possibly, but they beat Villa away 1-0. 8 goals conceded in last 5 games. How are we better than that?
Norwich: two wins and a draw in last 5 games.
Leeds: one draw in last 5 league games. 17 goals conceded in last 5 games.
I admire your optimism but sadly not your logic, we are in rapid freefall.

Me neither
This was just one humiliation too many.
The others at the bottom are scrapping for their lives and grinding out results.
Our lads just look like they're going through the motions to me.
We've as much as energy and belief as two 90 year olds shagging
Just been chatting to a very good mate who is a Liverpool fan.
He said "All Mane & Salah had to do is run back towards the halfway line & your CB's followed them, leaving a gaping hole in the middle, the man-marking tactics do not work especially in the Premier League"
Coaches, intelligent footballers & fans have sussed us out totally.

Absolutely, I saw Ayling and Struijk both beyond the halfway line with only two other Leeds players in front of them on a couple of occasions last night. They've all cottoned on to this.
I think Brownie or Connor were saying the other night that for Maguire's goal our biggest lad and best header Struijk was stood outside the goal area marking McTominay
It's absolute madness.
We're just surrendering our EPL status week by week in the same manner
The players look disillusioned with this bollocks.

The didn't really replay the Dallas handball, but didn't see him or any of the Leeds players complain.
It's almost impossible not to be despondent when he actually says that a change of system won't fix things. So that leaves us with a system that has been easily exploited repeatedly and when teams like Everton can do it successfully then every other team we have to play this season can do the same. Our players look broken, morale destroying results don't help, constantly being played out of position and then the bizarre five player reshuffle for one change routine, it's no wonder they look lost and baffled. It's like being told by everyone you know that the wife is cheating on you and then being made to watch every week while she does!

You can make all the excuses you want, we'd have still got battered. Liverpool never got out of 2nd gear & still won 6-0, could have been double-figures. We are so easy to play against running around like a load of headless chickens
Our players were demoralised long before last night, they are shattered & low on confidence
Bielsa needs to adapt & stop behaving like a habitual cat, we are the softest PL/First Division team I've witnessed in nearly 60 years watching Leeds. MB needs to wise-up & become more cynical to compete in the PL.

Crazy way of playing football.....complete madness !
Knowledgable coaches/ex-footballers/fans are critical of our crazy tactics.

So the excuse is not just injuries now - it's bad luck and unfair refereeing as well. Other than those we would have won last night. And the goals conceded from corners when the players watch the player and don't jump are down to unfortunate little patches of soft clay which bog them down so that they are rooted to the spot and can't move...What next ?

It's football and a goal changes everything, made the same point for the MU game where we have a great chance to be 3-2 up a minute later 3-2 down, v Villa James hits the crossbar a minute later 1-1 instead of 2-0. We were playing well v Liverpool and then that sh*t happens and as a player it takes the wind out of you completely. Without the penalty at that point who knows, Liverpool get frustrated our confidence continues to grow, we nick a goal etc. V Man U we go 3-2 up and I think Man U heads go down big style, we win the match, v Villa we go 2-0 up and Villa crumble. Even v Everton us playing shite and one of Rodrigo's efforts go in we get a shot of confidence, Everton starts to get nervy, crowd gets nervy and a different match.

You wallow in your own self pity and blame Bielsa for everything.
Didn't say we would win - would you not agree though that we were at the very least playing as well as our opponents last night when they got their penalty?
I don’t know if I’m a glutton for punishment but I just can’t help getting excited for us playing again even when I know it’s likely to be followed with more pain a misery - always live in hope though let’s get at least a point vs spurs.

Respect your opinion, Weasel.
All assumption, we have a soft underbelly & fall apart very easily

We are in freefall I agree but Brentford have lost 8 on the bounce. People seem to be forgetting about them. If one of the bottom three escape it could well be at their expense.
