Feel like we are stuck in a no mans land, two parties owning 50% of the club with neither prepared to invest. Radz waiting for his pay day, 49ers waiting until they have full control.
Agree
Was never going to end well.
Remember Radz doing an interview about how he had had loads of offers for the club.
Where they gone? Did they ever exist?
Why were a venture capital fund the best option as investors gives the end game of every fund is the same and it doesn't include a partner?
We are now stuck in limbo with neither owner likely to sell because it isn't worth it.
Radz isn't getting £100-200mil to make any sort of profit and the 49ers won't care, this is an investment of relative small size, they can hang on.

Sadly the only way idiots like this can learn is through relegation. But why does the club and fans have to suffer because of their incompetence?
Radz is the Elmer Gantry of our times. A con man posing as a honest john, sadly too many lapped it up and let him get away with murder. I never trusted him after he claimed the club bought the ground, when he did.
It really is desperate when we are begging for owners.
Marsch OUT
Football has undergone a process of bielsification; pressing and possessing, passing rather than dribbling, intercepting high up the field rather than making last-ditch tackles, are in vogue.
They have made some massive mistakes this season but only 2 years ago we were all so grateful for what he had done for this club. The plan was to spend lots of money the first season in the prem then not so much last. Finishing 9th gave them a false hope for this season and its backfired massively with all the injuries

He claimed he's invested £100m, but the accounts show only £39m of owner funding over 4 years, most of it I suspect was shares from 49ers.
If there's no money, where was it going? Radz' back pocket I suspect.
Kinnear is an embarrassment.
I think we all know Aaronson was a fake bid trying to play up to the fans who were rightly angry at no signings.
Yes , there was no way Aaronson was coming in that window yet Orta persisted when he could have moved on and got someone , but I think it was a smokescreen , pretending to be trying but knowing really you aren't going to spend.......either that or Orta is as useless as we think he is. They have run this club negligently this season , they should sack themselves but they passed the buck on Bielsa ( who much as I like him and his methods isn't totally unblamable ). Why Orta is still there even now baffles me , why do coaches carry the can for football directors ?
I don’t think Radz has any bad intent, he has invested a lot of money, of course not at the scale of clubs owned by oil states but good amounts for a lower prem club - the fault has been with the signings made, wrong positions prioritised, spending too much on old players and not getting value for money therefore not bringing in the volume we needed. He has put too much trust in Orta and Bielsa, one has gone, the other needs to be let go in the summer.

I agree with regards to the quality (or not in our case) of the signings, but the long and the short of it is that Radz is a financial pipsqueak compared to most owners and he has tried to run lean despite major injuries to our best players - players he will now happily offload. The only positive is that I think we can bounce straight back up if we keep Gelhardt, Bate, Greenwood and at least one of our young wingers.

If we go down and the three stooges don't leave, I predict a riot.
And that is not an intended Kaizer Chiefs reference, this is very serious given how this could have been so easily avoided.
I think a riot would just give fans of the club, and indeed all clubs, something to point at and laugh.
It's such an insane idea. Will Norwich and Watford fans also riot? Even the whole idea that staying up is easy is just...laughable. Maybe someone should turn up and point out to the rioters that, while it is easy for them to tell someone else how to spend tens of milllions of their money, there are other owners spending hundreds of millions who are also trying very hard to stay up. It's not like there's no competition, in fact every day the media tells us it's the hardest league in the world!

I agree Watford and Norwich won't be rioting, of course they won't be happy, however you have to remember Watford and Norwich operate differently than us, they are yo yo clubs for a reason and won't get their entire team ripped apart, they will keep Pukki and co and rip the Championship up again.
Meanwhile our entire squad will get ripped apart, and given the three stooges' track record we will probably end up getting the likes of De Bock and Kiko the Klown coming back, Radz will do his "OMG they are like new players" tweet again etc etc.
I am not advocating a riot for one moment and will condemn it should it happen.
I just feel that I do not trust the three stooges to make the right decisions to give us the best hope of coming back the first try. To me this season has shown their true colours, the damage has been done.
There is no reason why Norwich and Watford should simply be excused. THey came up and didn't spend, Norwich even selling their best player. We have spent more than a lot of clubs but the real issue is if we have bought wisely. Give any team outside the top 6 our level of injuries this season and they'd be in the relegation zone.
I do think it will be better to judge Orta in the future. It does seem that Bielsa was very particular in his demands for players and if it wasn't the player Bielsa wanted he didn't want the 2nd or 3rd alternative. We have been linked with a fair number of players who have done well and although it is impossible to know if we were seriously linked to them you would expect a few would have been on Orta's list. As such it may be that future purchases will be down more to Orta's decision as there won't be the fear that the manager will walk out if he is upset. If we go down then hopefully there will be a decent warchest for transfers and we will still have enough clout to buy some decent players. We also hopefully have some of our youngsters that weren't quite premier league ready now able to push into the starting line-up - Cody Drameh being a prime example as he didn't set the world on fire in his limited appearances for us yet has done really well for Cardiff so it may be that next season if we're in the championship he'd be the first choice right back. Bamford and Rodrigo would no doubt be sold so it gives Gelhardt and Greenwood the opportunity although I would still expect another striker. Likewise in defence I would expect Llorente and Koch to leave so it would open the door for Cresswell. Raphinha would go so it opens the door for Summerville.

I've pretended to support a team that's been crap for most of my life as part of a long term plan

Did you post them because there's something wrong with your brain
Radz to go???? What!!!!
Celino was a better owner?? I know fans are upset but this is madness.
Radz has been nothing but honest with the running of the club. His investment and guidance put the club in a stable position.
Ok I think some of his appointments carry some of the blame and Orta has to bear the brunt as Director of Football. I think we owe
Radz more than this .......
