Meslier 2: Big lad clear the ball. It was a uphill task anyway.
Ayling 1: William it was really nothing....
Llorente 7: Great finish so he gets a extra point. Cleared one of the line aswell?
Koch 5: Pass
Firpo 6: Skinned afew times lovely flick on for our goal.
Phillips 5: Tried to drive us on second half. When he gets the ball he now as no one to pass to stifling his game.
Klich 4: Silly booking i think Bate should keep his place.
Raphinha 3: Loose cannon arguing the toss. He may not have liked Bielsa's training methods but he played his best football then.
Harrison 6: A couple of great forays forward second half.
Gelhardt 3: Never got going thanks to Aylings frustration.
James 6: Another one who improved second half and made some good challenges in his unfamiliar position. The one at the end saved us another certain goal.

Bate 7: I like this kid he reminds me of Shackleton 3 years ago. Played some lovely passes and always positive.
Rodrigo 4: Had a chance to nick it at the end.
Strujik 6: Did ok i thought.

Meslier 2: Miserable. No forgiving what he did. Took all the fight out of the side for the next fifteen.
Ayling 1: Unforgivable stupidity. So bad one has to wonder if he was trying to get tossed.
Llorente 7: He'll be the Van Dijk of the Championship.
Koch 6.5: Meh
Firpo 6.5: Couple of bad fouls (as per usual), but did a pretty good job of containing Sacko
Phillips 6.5: 5.75 for the first half, 7.25 for the second. Teamed well with Bate.
Klich 4.5: Ineffectiveness, thy name is Mateusz.
Raphinha 5: Clearly frustrated. Can't blame him.
Harrison 6: Had too little time on the ball
Gelhardt 5: Not his fault.
James 6: Didn't think he'd work sitting behind Gelhardt, put played creditably.

Bate 7: The kid has a bright future
Rodrigo 6: A little more power on that final header and.......
Strujik 6: Comme ci comme ca

Meslier-2 I suppose he made a few routine saves but that fook up could easily send us down.
Ayling-0 . Shameful challenge for a senior player, should never play for us again.
Llorente-7 . Scored and cleared the ball off the line.
Koch-5. Didn't seem to do a great deal wrong weirdly but can't remember him doing that well
Firpo-6. Gets an extra point for the assist and didn't do that bad 2nd half
Phillips-6 put himself about at least.
Klich-4 Clearly doesn't suit the system.
Raphinha-3 . Lost his head and looked plain angry and fed up.
Harrison-5 . Some good endeavour but end product awful.
Gelhardt-n/a doesn't seem fair to rate, barely had a kick.
James-7 .Did well second half expecially defensively

subs
Struijk-5 . Don't remember him doing much good or bad.
Bate-7 Did well, brave on the ball.and a.good pass.on him.
Rodrig0-4 . Did nothing.
Signed

Meslier 4 - A howler and a half yes. It happens. Hope the lads keep his chin up over the next few days and he is ready for Chelsea.

Ayling 2 - Let himself and everyone connected with the club down on what should have been a proud day for him on 500 career appearances. I hope his wife confiscates his guitar for the foreseeable future. Idiot.

Llorente 6 - Gave us hope some hope with the goal. Decent throughout.

Koch 6 - Thought he played OK again.

Firpo 6 - OK

Phillips 6 - Tidy

Klich 4 - Needs dropping. He just can't affect these big games anymore and we have 3 huge games left.

Raphinha 5 - Reminded me of Max Gradel's moment and thought he would be going the same way. Needs to let that go and quickly.

Harrison 5 - Did OK, just couldn't get anything going though.

Gelhardt 5 - Finally get's his chance and look what happens. Hope he starts the last 3 games anyway.

James 6.5 - Battled really hard all afternoon and had a decent game.

Subs:

Struijk 6 - Quiet outing but did what was necessary.

Bate 7 - Buzzed around effectively and full of energy. Great contribution.

Rodrigo 5 - Nearly man

You might want to remove Ayling (the twat) from your pic.

2 Meslier - Just put your boot through the ball when pressed, as he did after the suicidal incident.

0 Ayling - A leader of a team should know better. Enjoy your extended holiday, Luke.

8 Llorente - Won loads of headers, great clearance off the line & took his goal well.

7 Koch - Also dominant in the air.

5.5 Firpo - An assist, still unconvinced

6 Phillips - Better with Lewis on the park

3 Klich - Hardly noticed him

5 Raphinha - When we need our star man to perform, it's not happening.

5 Harrison - Gave the ball away countless times.

N/A Gelhardt - Unfair to rate Joffy thanks to his captain.

7 James - Dan did well defensively today

subs

6 Struijk - Better with him & Bate on the pitch

7 Bate - Brave, composed & some nice passes.

4 Rodrigo - Required more from our most expensive signing, could have equalised for us at the death.

Meslier 3 Costly error put us on the back foot and looked shakey thereafter.

Ayling 0 What were you thinking? Cost us any chance of getting anything out of the game.

Llorente 7 Extra point for his goal and made a couple of well timed blocks.

Koch 6 Played OK back in his usual position

Firpo 6 Improved after the break following his customary yellow. Lucky that Sacko had an off day.

Phillips 6 Better 2nd half. Failed to track Nketia leaving him unmarked for the second

Klich 4 Mr Invisible. A season too far looking jaded and off the pace.

Raphinha 4 Did nothing other than complain and lose his head.

Harrison 4 Huffed and puffed without creating much

Gelhardt 5 Didn't have chance to get into the game until he was unfortunately hooked following Aylings dismissal

James 6.5 Better 2nd half when he was tasked with more defensive duties.

subs
Struijk 7 Looked more solid with him on the field.

Bate 7 Put himself about with some nice distribution and carries.

Rodrigo 4 Another disappointing afternoon. Could have done better with the header in the last seconds.
