I could name several big or little :poo: s from the majority of PL clubs I witnessed last season, Jiminez is up there with the worst of them, in fact that Wolves team are horrible.

Scum's Fernandes is a horrible little :poo: oh & Mctominay too.

Mings, McGinn & Watkins at Villa

Those five stand out in my memory.

Would have seemingly been ideal for us Guedes.

Affordable given what we offered for De Ketelaere.

Fits the criteria.

Attacking player.
Creative
Scores goals.

Has played regularly on both winger and as a striker and second striker.

Odd then that Orta totally dismissed it in an interview just days ago.

“The thing about Guedes at Leeds is pure clickbait. I have never spoken with Guedes, nor with his agent nor with Valencia on this subject. There is nothing at all,” Orta said

Strange why we wouldn't be interested in someone coming into his prime with plenty of experience playing at the top level.

Oh he is 26 in November.

That explains it

Tactical fit, quality, affordability take a distant second to the obvious priority of how much can we flog him for in a few years

Interesting mixture of opinions.

Some very bitter "Leeds are definitely going down" posts which given we beat them with 7 first team players out should concern them deeply.

Quite a few reasonably pleased with there performance and felt they should have won.

But at the same time lots saying they were the better side for 45-70minutes only which is only 25 minutes out of 90 so doesn't make sense.

A few acknowledge we should have had a pen.

A few don't think we are relegation candidates.

A few did acknowledge that there diving antics all game was embarrassing.

Mixed bag.

If that is the best football they have played in ages as some say it must be a slog at Wolves.

Some of their comments are laughable.
No way they deserved to win, at best they could argue they deserved a draw.
And most saying we're "in real trouble" or definitely bottom five. We will see about that.
I only saw one person honest enough to admit we should have had a penalty.

Wolves have signed Portugal forward Goncalo Guedes from Valencia on a five-year deal worth £27.5m.

The 25-year-old scored 28 goals in 146 La Liga appearances after joining Valencia from Paris St-Germain on an initial loan deal in 2017.

Wolves starting to splash the cash now.

Close to a deal for Liverpool target midfielder Matheus Nunes.

A fee of around £42million to take there spend to nearly £90million having only brought in around £9mil.

Nunes is a massive talent.

Exceptional signing.

With Goncalo Guedes in the time since we played Wolves they have spent over £70mil on two top level signings who wouldn't look out of place in in top 6 team.

Taking there spending well past £100mil.

Wolves showing ambition.

I wonder if he falls over easily, if not Lage will soon drill into him.
