Not well. Our Under 23's have never done well when they've played in the cup competitions. The defence that played yesterday is really young and inexperienced,

That said, we still could do a complete rotation and have a good side. There are a few players in the 1st team squad that need game time (some did play U21's this week): Klaesson, Drameh, Hjelde, Cooper, Forshaw, Klich, James, Sinisterra, Gelhardt, Greenwood, Summerville.

So, I'd only invlude Drameh out of the back 5 that played Monday. Question over whether Perkins, Joseph, Gray, Gyani would start (most likely on bench)

Interesting to see Jenkins back in the starting line up and McCalmont on the bench. I thought they were both sitting on the sidelines awaiting a loan or permanent exit. McCalmont likely to get some game time as Gyabi and Gray will probably be subbed off early.

Perkins scores the first goal on 18 minutes. Then, just like we did twice on Monday, we concede again immediately after scoring.

Most of the talent in this team is from the midfield forward. The defence is very inexperienced.

Leeds get a penalty but Matteo Joseph (our goal machine) sees his shot saved.

1-1 at half time. We're good in attack. But the defence doesn't look great. Hence my call on trying to get a better LB option as back up for the 1st team. Christy is our 5th choice keeper but playing due to injuries. Not sure why Klaesson hasn't played. Fit enough for the 1st team bench but not the U21's? The only defender that I see even close to 1st team quality is Mullen. The midfield and attack has lots of potential.

Just keeping tabs on twitter and every time Leeds score I know that a couple of scrolls later the opposition will have score - do they always just go to sleep after scoring
