It’s papering over some large cracks though Paul. Chasms. Scoreline flatters them but they have way more quality than us going forward

A few games back. Think Llorente has had a mental breakdown tbh
Can't play left side.

It was highlighted when we signed him as was his physical deficiencies.

Certain players aren't suited to England and imo he is one.

You can see why he would do OK in a slower less physical league like La Liga.

You can also see why he doesn't suit this league.

He’s mistaking passion for stupidity. He has a lot to learn from the previous boss on that score

Cresswell scored & provided an assist today. Maybe we should have kept him to play up front 🤣

I don't mind that, something needs ro change with regards VAR and only outspokeness will drive change.

Well it has to be Pascal then. No question. V Forest. Has a must win feeling already really and they got turned over by the cherries today.

I've been calling for this since pre-season. The best CB combo is Koch/Stuijk. It's time to give Hjelde a run out at LB.

What we need is a physical CB who is good in the air, but apparently the one we have is s**t.

Don’t think a Jesse hissy fit will change VAR. It was truly awful today though. Incompetence personified

Bring him back for Citeh. Be a cracking fight between him & Haaland. “Go on Chaz, nut him”.

Even after a 5-2 defeat I can honestly say we were the better footballing side by far and from what I’ve seen today Brentford are the new Wimbledon, hoof ball hit and hope and long throws etc. Unfortunately they have a real class player in Toney and our defending was particularly poor today. I said last week that Llorente makes me nervous every time he gets the ball or even gets near the ball and today he’s justified my nervousness.

VAR is a disgrace, compare their penalty claim against Summerville’s. One barely obvious one was given, one more obvious one wasn’t, I’m not surprised that Marsch is pulling his hair out at the corrupt officiating in this league. I fear he will get himself sent off a few more times yet this season because this anti Leeds bias isn’t going to stop anytime soon.

Defensively Koch had a good game, Drameh did nothing wrong, Struijk was very good and Meslier made a couple of very good saves. It was Llorente with a series of awful errors that was the issue. On top of that,

No pen for their first, and foul throw.
No foul for the second
Sinisterra great goal
Llorente error for their third
Sinisterra shirt pull and then pushed over from behind in the box. 100% pen not given
Roca scores a good goal
Llorente should be the cover for Koch for the 4th
Llorente keeps his biggest error til the end and the 5th

Who goes left back?

That is the problem when your owners have a that'll do attitude.

Club have long been obsessed with passing stats and running stats rather than the basics of each role.

Spot on from what I saw till my Llorente stream gave up and wandered off with a whimper.
Move Pascal in with Koch. Hjelde @ LB for Forest. No brainer. May not be the answer but....
