New owners always want there own people in place.

Just took the earliest opportunity to do that.

Think they will be rejected by Zidane.

Poch or Potter for me.

Brighton have given Chelsea permission to talk to Graham Potter.

Todd Boehly will meet with him later.

Looks like it's Potter.

Hmm can't see him handling the huge egos in the changing room. Also there's far more pressure and expectation at Chelsea.

I wonder who Brighton will get? :duno:

Interesting appoitment, Big clubs tend to need big names to combat the massive egos of their players. Potter succeeded using team work and no egos, feels a bit Moyes to Manure as a managerial signing

20M to Brighton .... Bielsa would be a good fit there tbh

so if Tuchel sacked because they have lost 3 games does that mean if we lose against Forest Marsch is gone ?
Leeds need a great summer 2026 with outgoings and incoming players

I’m not sure that was the only criteria for Stinkys sacking PJM. I mean if we lose v Forest we could conceivably go on an unbeaten run for the rest of the season.
He’d lost the dressing room I’d say.
I’d just like to add he didn’t physically lose the dressing room as in the Harry Potter staircase debacle. Of course not, he merely lost the faith of his players. Any dressing room frequented by Stinky could never be lost. Just follow the smell of BO & weed

Have thought for a while that Potter was destined for a big club. I’d have loved him to come here after Bielsa, but now it seems he’s going to a top six club, something we’ll not be for the foreseeable.

Definitely not a Moyes type of appointment.

Tuchel blamed everyone but himself. Lost the players. Lost the plot.

Was listening to Athletic Podcast and their Chelsea beat writer said this has been in the works for weeks, possibly as far back as Pre-season tour. It wasn’t a snap decision based on 3 losses. Boehly wasn’t sure Tuchel was the man going forward as soon as he took over.

Strange that they discussed extension only a few weeks ago, although nothing would gauge Tuchel commitment like contract discussions. Maybe he was luke warm about his commitment and that sealed it.

Either way, crap team, crap manager, and thanks for the 3 points
