Not really as he was under-performing in many games, Ross needs to show consistency throughout the season not just turn up for certain games.
Today is what I expect from a striker whom is rated so highly by fans.

I believe that is the first time our No.44 has scored from a free-kick for Leeds a cracker

According to friends at the game we could quite easily been two goals down at half-time, our defending was abysmal at times so the scoreline does paper over the cracks to be fair, we had lost our last four games too.

I'd jump at 3 plus and would strongly consider 2.5 plus...unless of course GFH have that sort of money in reserve for a January spending spree....But I agree I can't argue selling him at the moment.

This has been such an important little block of 4 games since the previous break. After the previous run of defeats, I am sure most fans would have been happy to get 3 wins and a narrow away loss in this period.
Big credit to RMc for achieving a scoring feat not heard of at Leeds for years.
I'm enjoying reading some of the comments from Charlton fans about losing a game they had chances to win.
Hopefully the winning habit is now closer to being ingrained in our team.
Any comments on choice of team, including bench, for this match?
