McCormack will not be dropped, nor should he be.

Still don't think we'll get promoted with Ross in the team, and certainly not as captain...too selfish to be captain. Undroppable right now though I agree...

Yes lets drop the divisions leading goal scorer yes he does miss chances but which striker dosnt if we did not have Ross we would be sorting out travel plans for Div 1 long before now.

64 is getting more like Twiggster every day - he has his scapegoat who must be criticised every game.eastyorkshirewhite wrote:Yes lets drop the divisions leading goal scorer yes he does miss chances but which striker dosnt if we did not have Ross we would be sorting out travel plans for Div 1 long before now.

Why not rest Ross & try something different with 5 in midfield & the big man upfront especially away at Watford. He looked knackered at Wigan & was ineffective v Charlton & Donny. It's been a long old season where Ross has featured in the majority of the games, our other players have had breathers during the campaignGuildford White wrote:

Top prem players such as Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, etc are rested by their managers !

I'm not denying your comments but you & others are not seeing the big picture. McCormack is showing signs of fatigue so resting him & saving him for the Blackpool game makes sense !eastyorkshirewhite wrote:Yes lets drop the divisions leading goal scorer yes he does miss chances but which striker dosnt if we did not have Ross we would be sorting out travel plans for Div 1 long before now.
Remember what Warnock did to Byram

Watched the rerun of the game on sky and it was stated McCormack was suffering from a heavy cold I doubt any of us could run around like he did if we had one.

We could argue all night about this, I think Ross needs a rest IMOTwiggster wrote:

If we employ a decent manager he will rotate & rest his top players

No player at this level is indispensable
