Difficult to answer 64 as everything is so different.
When zappa died a real musical genius left us in my humble opinion.
Sheikh yerbouti is another good un along with Apostrophe.
I do like Joe's Garage though if pushed.

Can't go wrong with any Zappa really. My most played are

Roxy and Elsewhere
Imaginary Diseases
Zappa plays the music of Zappa - (or the black album as we call it) which is nigh on perfect set of live and studio versions of his favourite three pieces, Watermelons in Easter Hay, Black Napkins and Zoot Allures which is a wonderful late night album to chill to . Merely a Blues in A rounds that one out
Wazoo - and I always play Intro Intros coz I love the way it runs into The Grand Wazoo
