Lady Wray still has the best soul album of 22 for me.

Going down a doomjazz rabbit hole, thanks to Faaip.
Following on from the Hidden Orchestra and the Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, I'm now working through the Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation albums:
Future Corpses

It is isn't it, my first post on my new music for 22 thread over on the other side. That's a cracking thread, tried it here but I ended up the only one posting

I've no recollection of that thread, would have been of interest to me

"2019 and 2020 I think. I'm constantly trawling for new music, whether new new or just new to me. Actually I think someone else started the 19 thread but I felt I was posting only for myself at the end ... 2020 barely got off the ground IIRC .....

As am I. Default is new (old), as the 60s is my favourite decade and there was so much good music made then that I've yet to discover. But, that said, there's a helluva lot of great new music being released. Soul music, in particular, is in very rude health at the minute.

Shame you're not on Waccoe, you don't have to read the footy threads btw, I seldom do. As on the best thread anywhere on the internet Sara's Random Musings, we have a soul fanatic and writer for a magazine who really knows his soul .....lufc1304 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 29, 2022 11:54 am As am I. I'm sick of hearing how good the dark side is, are you doing your utmost to drive folk away from MOT?

Jesus, Leon, relax, I'm going nowhere! I contribute to a few forums, none of them football related, doesn't stop me contributing as much as my time allows me to to this one.
