They have the accounts, FA should know the rules, get them charged and an appeal thrown out by the end of the season. If they don’t do that there will be hell on from those who do go down.

It'll take a couple of years.... even if it was us and Burnley that pointed it out last season...

No chance of Everton being docked points this season.

Even if they did, Everton would appeal and appeal and appeal. Next season would probably be starting with court cases still going in.

As you say, no chance of points deducted this season.

Whatever happens no way Everton arent in breach.

There losses were 3 times the allowed amount and even allowing for Covid they were hundreds of millions more than anyone else

Everton Forum always cheers me up

They make us look really cheerful

Funnily enough you don't see them confronting Dyche like they did Lampard

Part of me would be interested to see how they'd do upon relegation. But I suspect it'd be another Newcastle and they would be far too strong financially.

The Toffees have lost their last three games at Goodison Park, scoring twice & conceding ten goals.

Guardian report date set for Everton FFP hearing:

Everton face legal action from Leicester, Leeds, Southampton and Burnley that could run into tens of millions of pounds if they lose their case for an alleged breach of the Premier League’s financial fair play rules, which the Guardian understands will be heard on 25 October.

25th October says it all If legal wheels do move, they grind very slowly.

2021/22 - 16th
2022/23 - 17th

18th on the cards next, may be rock bottom should Everton receive a point's deduction.

I’m hoping the luck runs out for this lot now.

I’m not expecting much from any sanctions though, possibly a heavy fine.

Surely, a point's deduction for serious financial demeanours, mate

The FA are as weak as p*ss pal, the lawyers for Everton will drag it out for months, if not years.

Then they’ll appeal, then they’ll appeal again until it dies a death or Everton accept a hefty fine as punishment.

Hope I’m wrong and the authorities come down on them like a ton of bricks, but I doubt it.
